Hifumi Togo Confidant Guide
Hifumi Togo is the Star Confidant in Persona 5 Royal. She is also a romanceable character. Maxing out her Confidant unlocks the fusion of Lucifer. The player will also receive an item from her near the end of the game which will unlock the Touryou ability once her confidant is unlocked in New Game Plus.
Hifumi Togo Availability
Hifumi's Confidant can be started as early as June 26th (Evening), once Joker has heard about her from the Yusuke Kitagawa during the second rank of the Emperor Confidant. The area Kanda is also required, which can be accomplished through a television report on June 25th. Rank 3 Charm is needed to start this Confidant.
Time can be spent with Hifumi on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday Nights, and all-day on Rainy Days. She can be found inside the church in Kanda.
Note that some events in the game may override this.
She has Hangouts in Jinbocho, Inokashira Park, Odaiba (as Lovers), and Wilton Buffet (as Friends).
